I'm planning to use this with an M42 to EF adapter, which still needs a bit of tweaking, but I think it's worth taking on. It will save a lot of time measuring and designing it. Still in development, but the dimensions look spot on. Missing just three holes for the screws, but if you have any ideas to improve it, feel free to get in touch!
