This adapter mounts as a lens to the Canon EOS (Rebel, etc). The tube end has an ID of 24mm, which slips over a microscope eyepiece, or eyepiece tube (prime). Tested this with my camera and it works well; objects focus sharp, even without the eyepiece. I found the t-ring mount to be a bit loose on the camera, but tight enough to hold it up.
