This idea was sparked by a design found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765984 It functioned adequately but I wasn't satisfied with the press-fit aspect.\r\n\r\nI created a similar mount that incorporates a split ring design secured by an M3x6 bolt and nut, which allows for tightening around the lens. This configuration should also accommodate lenses with larger bodies.\r\n\r\nThe mount can be attached with the cold-shoe overhang oriented either towards the body or the lens. When positioned towards the body, it doesn't obstruct any zoom indicators on the lens body.
