I discovered an impressive Sketchup design by ALX at http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=112d9018c88671703fdfd6bc6322f73b&prevstart=0, so I exported it to STL and adjusted the (approximate) real size scale before printing. I utilized black ABS for the parts but recommend PLA due to potential wrapping issues. Following printing, adhere the numbered sections using a glue gun, and if you have artistic skills, paint the letters for a more authentic look.
