Canon EF-M lens mount module V2

I have added two features to PPK's Canon EF-M lens mount. - An optional parameter ```thickness``` allows the lens cap to be made deeper. the default value of 0 yields PPK's mount. - An optional parameter ```grip``` makes a textured grip around edge if set to ```true```. The default is ```false```. the sample.stl shows a lens mount with ```thickness=1.5``` and ```grip=true``` **2021-06-24 Update** I noticed that the pinhole lenses I made using this module were a little bit loose on the camera so I got out my calipers and a Canon lens. The result is `ef_m_mount_v3.scad` which fits snugly on the camera and whose width matches the metal ring of the camera-side mount. I have left `ef_m_mount_v2.scad` here for legacy uses.
