As I snapped photos, I pondered where to stash my camera's lens cap. It seemed logical that there must be a designated spot for it, so I conceptualized this component from scratch. To secure it firmly in place, I also designed a 1/4 inch screw that attaches the holder directly to the camera. When attached, the lens cap not only finds its home but also transforms the camera's footprint, enabling it to balance perfectly on any surface.
