Canon camera battery eliminator (NB-2L)
thingiverse
Build a battery eliminator box from this battery-shaped container to power your camera using a DC power supply instead of constantly replacing batteries. This is particularly handy for studio work and astrophotography sessions. The dimensions of the box are 45 x 33.5 x 16 mm, which matches the NB-2LH used in Canon Rebel (350D) cameras and possibly other Canon models (view the third image). The terminals available on the box are (-), (T), and (+). To make a connection, pass a metal strip through the slots to create terminal contact pads. Connect a 7.4V power supply to both the (-) and (+) terminals. Additionally, place a 10K resistor between the (-) and (T) terminals. It is recommended that you attach a piece of string to the round pin for easier removal from your camera.
