Curly negatives can't be properly scanned as they bend in the film holder of the scanner. You might flatten them but that's a painful process... Printing two of these and replacing the frames of the bundled film holder will push the films down enough (notice the bit between two frames of the film!) to remove the bend, so you can scan them. This means that you have to put in the film so the bend is upwards - so you might have to flip the photo after scanning to get the direction right. I suggest to print this in black so no light is reflected, and using ABS might be the best in case your scanner gets too warm... Might fit CanoScan 9000f and other scanners as well, I haven't had a chance to confirm. Please let me know if you try! I'd be suprised to see it work with other scanner brands without customization...
