Cannondale Lefty PBR 100 speed sensor adapter
thingiverse
After printing the adapter by rocbtj from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:93240), I discovered it was designed for older left-handers, while mine fits the PBR 100 perfectly. To ensure a snug fit, I left some extra space inside the main curve for attaching a double-sided tape or rubber strip. Zip ties are not included. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 0.4 Notes: Don't print with supports, as it will be impossible to insert the cable binders! I printed it with ABS at 230C, using a platform temperature of 80C and applying some ABS juice along with a light coating of hair spray for extra adhesion. This method allows the raft to come off easily.
