This is a replacement part for Cannondale helmets - may or may not be universal.This piece popped off my helmet into a bush and it was very hard to find a replacement for just the turning gear/ratchet, and not the whole assembly.Took some trial and error but has been reliably working ever since.There is a hole to fix this with a wood screw - but feel free to use something different. Carefully line up the teeth racks and then install - use the hole to secure.
