Cannondale Headshok lockout dial

<p>I designed this as a replacement lockout dial for my Cannondale Super V. I don’t know if this would also work for a damping dial or if that is different. I printed this in PETG at 0.10 mm layer so the rounded top would be smoother. I designed this to fit snug, you may want to cut off the top in your slicer to print just the bottom layers first, to see if it fits before printing the whole thing. Fit may be different between bikes. &nbsp;I saw some variation in size of the hex nut on top of the headshok between two bikes, and one was mounted crooked such that there was 0.036” difference in height from the front to the back of the nut. I printed it with the hex pocket down, using painted on support under the hex and end of the nub. &nbsp;</p><p>Rev 10 is the original design I posted. &nbsp;I wasn't crazy about the way it looked, so I changed the “nub” and increased the hex size by 0.005". &nbsp;This is rev 13. &nbsp;</p>
