Cannondale Bicycle Brake Cable Guide - Easy slip on!

This is a remix of the original author's cable guide, which is truly a wonderful project. I didn't want to completely remove the brake cable from my bike to put a replacement one on, so I made some modifications to the guide instead. I added a 4mm opening to the guide, allowing you to install it without having to pull out the entire cable. The cable on my vintage Cannondale R300 measures 4.84mm in diameter, and with a bit of a push, it slips into place smoothly without falling back out. Thanks go to the author (timwelch) for creating the original design - it was cleverly done from the start. This thing has been broken on my bike for an incredibly long time.
