Revamp your canning jar with this 3D printable Germinator Cover, designed by konato. Made for use with Wauter's fine mesh screen, it enables you to grow nutritious radish, clover, bean, and other sprouts in a wide-mouth jar. Follow these steps: Print the cover using STL files (0.2mm layer height, 0.45mm tracewidth); remove from bed without damaging mesh (freeze if non-removable); add one tablespoon of sprouting seeds soaked for four to eight hours in lukewarm water; drain and rinse; let stand at room temperature for 12-24 hours, then refrigerate and continue rinsing every other day. Use your homegrown sprouts on sandwiches, wraps, salads, or stir-fries!
