This one-piece wide-mouth canning jar lid works great for containing hydrochloric acid as it's 3D printable on a Rep-Rap, Makerbot or similar device and resistant to acid attack due to its ABS plastic construction. To print, attach the flat part to your build platform with threads facing up. If sealing is an issue, apply paraffin wax around the inside edge where it meets the jar lip; both materials possess good resistance to hydrochloric acid.
