Canister Vases

Canister Vases

thingiverse

These vases are engineered to store water and maintain the temperature of the propane tank above freezing, preventing vapor pressure from plummeting. After assembly, fill the vase with water, topping it off as needed with warm water to ensure the optimal seal. Although I've personally tested this setup in California's mild climate, I recommend verifying its effectiveness in extreme cold or with alternative stoves before relying on it. The files are optimized for printing with TPU filament in vase mode without a bottom layer, using an extrusion width of approximately 0.8mm. Adjusting the scale might be necessary if different settings are employed. The designs should slightly stretch as they slide over the propane tank, forming a watertight seal. There are multiple versions available, with wavy-edged models designed to collapse into a pot. Printer: -- Eustathios Filaments: -- Sainsmart Transparent Red TPU -- Sainsmart Transparent Orange TPU
