This rib was unearthed from a late nineteenth/early twentieth-century canine burial at site 44GL354 by DATA researchers under the supervision of David Brown and Thane Harpole. The Virtual Curation Laboratory meticulously 3D scanned much of the dog's skeletal remains, which were on loan from the Fairfield Foundation.
