This is a clip that attaches a cane (22-23mm shaft) to a compact medical walker, allowing the cane to be secured when not needed but still accessible while walking. Due to the cane's perpendicular angle to the support pipe, the 3D print couldn't be designed as a single clip for both the frame and the cane; one or the other would have layers intersecting the clip, rendering it weak and unable to flex back into shape. To overcome this challenge, I created a clip specifically for the cane and a molded fitting for the pipe, complete with tie strap access holes. This innovative design also enables precise positioning of the print, ensuring the cane's clip remains upright and securely holds the cane in place as desired.
