This chair is modelled in 3ds max and rendered in Vray. The net details[in the middle of the chair] are modelled for the high-quality purpose. I have been using Substance Painter for texturing. Textures are 4k resolution. There is 3ds max file and FBX and OBJ. FBX and OBJ are low-poly and you can simply add open-subdivisions for smoothing.
