The challenge comes from varying the measurements to achieve a vibrant candy stripe effect. Printed on a Flashforge finder, no special settings are required. It's essential to orient the pendant with the hole running top to bottom so that when it's threaded, the stripes will run across the piece. To achieve this look, you can pause the print at 10 points and vary the filament changes between 1 and 6mm intervals. You don't need to purchase large reels of filament for this project, as the total length required is only 2.5m. Instead, you can buy 5m lengths in various colors that are often sold for filament pens. However, be prepared to invest about an hour of your time, as changing the filament can be a time-consuming process.
