I designed a new model because my old broken ones had finally reached their limit. I wasn't willing to pay 15 pounds each for authentic alternatives, either. This could be useful for someone in need of a solution, so I'm sharing my process. I printed mine using ABS and discovered that it fit a bit too snugly, so I adjusted the slic3r 1.05 settings to compensate, which solved the issue effectively.
