Candy Coins
cults3d
They're not made of candy; I printed them to help regulate our daily sugar intake. Most Americans eat roughly two to three times the amount of sugar they should consume in one day. A Small Coin contains 10g of added sugar, while a Large Coin has 40g of added sugar. According to USDA recommendations (recalled from memory), children should limit their added sugar intake to about 12g per day, women to around 24g per day, and men to approximately 36g per day. We give kids seven small coins each week to spend as they wish on candy, cakes, ice cream, and other desserts.
