This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to other formats. It's available in .skp format, which can be opened in 3ds Max 2016 using Vray 3.00 for rendering. The model features houses and furniture and is from the year 2013. Price, polygon count, and texture information are provided. Textures can be found within the .skp file. To extract textures, use Sketchup (free), C4D (trial version enough), 3ds Max, or Rhinoceros 3D (trial version sufficient). For Sketchup, export as a 2D graphic under File/Export/2D Graphic - dropdown option. With C4D, importing the .skp file automatically generates a folder with textures. In 3ds Max, textures are stored in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages. Alternatively, you can export an fbx file with embedded media selected. For Rhinoceros 3D, open material editor, select any material with texture, click on the texture name, and choose three-dot button to find all textures in ..AppDataLocalTempembedded_files directory. Feel free to copy and paste the textures to your preferred location.
