Candlestick - I tweaked the design to make it more solid. Added a support plus raft for the handle and toned down the entire model's reliance on supports. Print without raft since it's already part of the design. I printed the candlestick using Proto Pasta PLA: Steel PLA for the round base, and "Coffee PLA" for the rest. I then sealed the print with epoxy to give it a smooth finish. Print Settings Printer: Flash Forge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Fine Infill: 15% Notes: Designed this using Proto Pasta PLA at 205F extruder and 45F bed temperature, fine resolution. Employed tree-like support structures. Post-Printing The candlestick was printed with PLA and sealed with Epoxy for a glossy finish. How I Designed This I used Adobe to create the 2D silhouette, followed by StrataDesign 3D (Lathe tool) to bring it into three dimensions.
