We've discovered that local stores rarely stock the specific candle holders needed for our custom 40mm diameter candles on our handmade needle tree twig wreaths. To overcome this challenge, we decided to rapid prototype these essential components ourselves. Our research uncovered two major issues: first, the cup tends to break off if it's not secured with lateral ridging; second, the wire hole needs to be designed for a flat surface to ensure stability and prevent accidents.
