You can use this tool to mill the bottom of a candle to fit through a 19mm wide neck opening. The result is impressive - it works better than I expected. With this method, you avoid hazardous knife work, eliminating the need for estimates and shrapnel cleanup. Simply open the .max file in 3D Studio Max to make further adjustments as needed. Print Settings: Rafts: Off Supports: Off Infill: 20% Notes: A .8mm nozzle, .8mm walls, and a .15mm layer height were used with 20% infill. Bottom and top thickness were set at .45mm, resulting in three layers each.
