Candle Flame (for Vase Mode)

Candle Flame (for Vase Mode)

I stumbled upon the perfect solution for my holiday decoration project - a candle flame made from RGB-LED-strips and an Arduino. The design is simple yet elegant, sculpted in Fusion 360 with precision and care. I envisioned it printed in vase mode, suspended over some vibrant LEDs to create a mesmerizing display. Check out this video to see the candle flame in action: https://youtu.be/oPsHOAnVNFo To get the best results, be sure to rotate the flame by 90° so that it stands upright with ease. I'm still working on perfecting this aspect of the design. On a side note, I considered taking my creativity to the next level by crafting a hollow tube for the LEDs and filling the space between the tubes with 5-10% infill to diffuse the light even more effectively. Perhaps that's a project for next year. For now, a plastic bag wrapped around the LEDs did the trick beautifully, allowing me to print it faster in vase mode. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this project and be inspired by your feedback!
