Create a red and white Canadian flag using 3D printing! Print the leaf in red and the border and white part separately in white. Trim or sand the leaf edges for a perfect fit, while the borders slide easily onto the white part. Note that some supports may need cutting with a utility knife. A Thing-O-Matic printer takes about 3 minutes for the leaf, 6 minutes each for the border pieces, and 11 minutes for the white part at 25 mm/s feedrate and 25% infill.
