<p>Supports required for the Filter Cap only.</p> <p>Valve mold can be used to create silicone valve. Mix 2 parts 100% silicon to 1 part corn starch and clamp mold. Wait 1-2 hours before removing from mold.</p> <p>If 3D Printing valve it is best to put a thin coating of silicone on both mask and valve to create tighter seal.</p> <p>Silicone is also used on inside parameter of mask for seal to face.</p> <p>Test seal by placing your hand over the Filter cap and inhaling. There should be no air leaking in through the valves or around your face.</p> <p>Cut to fit MRV 16, HEPA or MPR 2200 or above for replaceable filter.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Make sure filament is dry for less stringing if using PETG.</p> <p>Supports required for the Filter Cap only.</p>
