http://canada.pch.gc.ca/eng/1469543959157 "The Canada 150 logo and the Canada 150 typeface may be used at no charge, if permission is first obtained from the Government of Canada by following the instructions" Step 1: Buy a color changing solar garden light. Mine is $5 from a liquidation center (Bianca Amor's Liquidation Supercentre". Canadian Tire has some different ones. Step 2: Discard the top ornament, we're gonna print a new top. Step 3: Measure the stem diameters, height, and led diameter. (See diagram in photo.) Step 4: Start customizer and enter the numbers. Step 5: Print the shell, diffuser, and back in transparent (I used ABS) and print the strokes and letters in red (I used ABS). Step 6: Glue them together. Glue the maple leaf diffuser into the shell first (carefully aligning the holes), then glue on the back cover, then glue on the strokes and letters, and finally glue in the zero's center (optionally using the purple alignment tool). I used thick crazy glue from a hobby/RC store. Notes: - The purple "O" part is an alignment tool to allow you to place the center of the zero accurately, you don't necessarily need it. - The maple leaf shaped diffuser is used to spread out the led light from a sharp point, the thicker the better. - ABS out in the sun light will degrade in time.
