Can stacker / holder, pantry organizers
thingiverse
I'm designing an organizer and stacker for my pantry, optimized to be highly modular. You can check out the modified version here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2063580. Print Settings: Printer: My go-to printer is the FlashForge Creator Pro. Rafts: I opt for yes on rafts as it helps with stability, especially when printing with ABS. Supports: No supports are needed in this design, thanks to its clever structure. Resolution: The resolution of my prints comes out to be a precise .24. Infill: I use 15% infill density to achieve the perfect balance between strength and weight. Notes: You might not need a raft for your prints, but I had issues with warping on my first attempts. Insulating the chamber better and adding a raft resolved this issue completely. The base part of the design holds three cans together securely on a shelf, while the center part goes on top of the previous stack, making it incredibly stable. I've successfully stacked 4 rows high without any loss of stability.
