Can Handle - More Stable
thingiverse
This revised Can Clip handle offers an expanded version of its predecessor, featuring a larger base for stability and upright positioning without wobbling. Despite this improvement, some may prefer the original's aesthetics and quicker printing process; hence, a separate design is available for it. Notably, the default can height has been adjusted to 125mm post-calibration. A recent update on October 14th introduced an option for raised text instead of inset. To include custom text, utilize the customizer; otherwise, download the blank handle. It's advisable not to modify the can height unless necessary, as this design generally works with most standard 12 oz U.S. cans. When printing, use a low fill (e.g., 20%) since strength isn't crucial. ABS has been tested, and PLA is expected to work well too. To avoid warping the clip during usage, ensure proper cooling prior to attaching it to your can. The handle requires slight tension for secure clipping, with the bottom clip being easiest to attach first.
