Camshaft gear Kawasaki Z1300

I printed various parts for my KZ1300 a4 from 1982. 1 of them is the sprocket for the timing tensioner.As you can see in the attached photos, my old sprocket was completely gone and there wasn't much of the diameter left.I removed the core of the old gear by heating it up a bit and using a socket to tap it out. For assembly I used a Plexus glue that glues both Nylon and metal. The temperature range is also good.This is how I also made the bevel gear in the cylinder head of the water pump.
