We're thoroughly impressed with the Porsche roof-racks' sleek design and robust build, making them perfect for supporting a roof-top-tent. However, mounting gear onto these racks, especially a heavy-duty roof-top-tent, poses some intriguing challenges. To overcome this issue, we devised a frame to attach it under the tent. Ensuring a seamless connection between the frame and roof racks necessitated creating wedges that fit perfectly. This proved to be a more daunting task than expected, involving an extensive trial-and-error process to achieve the optimal shape. Two distinct files were created - one for each side - with generous infill settings of 40% and 8 layers on top, bottom, and outer shell to guarantee exceptional sturdiness.
