This is a custom hinge for the Campingaz 200 S Kit outdoor cooking fire. The factory-made piece cracked during our inaugural camping trip, prompting me to create a new one that's working flawlessly! Print Settings Printer: Kossel XL Rafts: None Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 50% Notes: I used 4 outlines and Colorfabb HT for added strength and heat resistance. Don't use PLA, as it may melt at high temperatures when using the cooking stove. Post-Printing You'll need to remove the metal pins from the original part to install them in the 3D printed replacement. Design Process I created this design in Autodesk Fusion 360.
