Could not find a pulley that I was happy with to take camping, whilst I was tinkering I realised how much the side parts looked like guyline tensioners - so made them to be used as such! (the thinking that with end of spool filament I have been printing of other tensioners, so why not make them dual purpose)./V3Designed for m5 x 25mm bolt with nyloc nutLengthened the sides for more clearance on ropethicker eyelet hooks to give stronger hook and spacers not requiredboth wheels have deeper groovesThere is a full body option - reduced need for 3 bolts to 1. it is recommended that you use (painted) supports due to the hook overhang. just print desired wheels additionally.you can have slimmer pulley with V2 eyelet hook (but weaker)V2Designed for m5 x 25mm bolt with nyloc nutSides 3mmx2spacer 3mmx2central eyelet/hook 6.5mm (allowing for free movement of wheel)5.5mm remaining for locknut slim wheels are 6mm, wide wheel is 12mmV1 (slim wheels too slim)Designed for m5 x 20mm bolt with nyloc nutSides 3mmx2spacer 2mmx2central eyelet/hook 4.1mm (allowing for free movement of wheel)5.9mm remaining for locknut (approx 6mm)slim wheels are 4mm, wide wheel is 8mmyou can make numerous versions dependent on your length of bolt. such as you can make a slim one wheel version (reduce bolt to 16mm) by not using the spacers.
