Camping Chair Front Feet
thingiverse
I created this replacement foot for my Coleman camping chair because one of its front feet was broken. There were other designs available but I wanted something that matched the style of the three remaining feet. The base is 48mm x 48mm. I used 3/16 inch bolts with locknuts, which turned out to be a bit too large. Originally, I had planned to use M4 bolts, but since I had 3/16 inch bolts handy, I had to ream the holes in both the chair and foot slightly. This replacement foot was designed using Tinkercad, an online CAD editor where you can edit this design here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2SpLhgLisGH Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao I3 Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 85% Notes: To make the part as solid as possible, I prefer printing with PLA plastic. Using 100% infill would have taken too much time, so I set the shell/top/bottom thickness to 4.8mm. This made all the main parts solid with some infill in the corner section.
