A friend asked me if I could develop an excentric drain connector for his camper. The problem was that water did not flow away properly as the smaller pipe from his drain connector is in the center. He told me that this pipe is universal. The inside diameter of the big pipe I made is 24,5 mm. The outside diameter of the small pipe is 20 mm. Printing is easy. Use a brim to keep the object steady. No need for support.
