We upgraded our camper bed for the grandkids by creating custom parts since we couldn't find any replacements. A friend helped design it, and I printed it out using a 3D printer, which fits perfectly. We're planning to make it more durable by switching to nylon, which is stronger. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Mendel HIC Post-Printing Details: The print turned out great, taking only around 2 hours and 7 minutes on our printer. The filament feeder was set at 45%, and the speed was at 70%.
