A few months back, I came up with this design specifically for my own home and now it's time to share it with everyone! I personally use it to store my camera equipment at home, which makes it super practical to have a dedicated spot for these things and keeps the camera away from my desk. It's easy to imagine that it would also make a great design element in your hobby or living room. The design is actually made for the mounting plate of the Rollei Traveller tripod (which is compatible with Arca-Swiss). If your mounting plate doesn't fit or you don't have one, you can easily print out my design: just click on this link to get started. I'd love to see what you create using this platform! To make it work, all you need are 2 countersunk screws (with a maximum outer diameter of 5mm) - these are widely available at most DIY shops. If you have a stone wall, you might want to consider using dowels for extra grip. In terms of stability, I've only tested it with my Nikon D5100 and a lens weighing around 1.2 kg, so please be careful not to overload it!
