Camera rig

Drawing inspiration from the camera rig designs at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9313 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7278, I decided to create my own version using OpenSCAD due to the unavailability of standard-sized vitamins for the original design. The gears proved to be a challenge, but I found guidance in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6894. My camera rig is specifically designed for use with a Manfrotto quick release plate and Canon 50mm/F1.4 lens. Rapid prototyping made the design process incredibly simple, requiring only minor adjustments for printing. This was my first attempt; expect more creations in the future! To assemble the camera rig, print and clean all components to ensure a snug fit. The spacer is included to prevent the focus wheel from touching the mount. I sourced my bearings from a local sports shop.
