Camera Quick Release for Tripod
thingiverse
Why purchase one when you can produce it yourself? Our aim was to design a fitting that would enable us to rapidly transition from tripod shots to close-ups. In a small studio with only one "advanced" camera, we generally utilize it for every task. Required for assembly: 2 - 1/4"-20 Nylon Locking Nut 2 - 1/4"-20 Pan Head Screw Post-Printing Step 1: Assemble the Shoe Once all 3 components are printed, position the 2 nylon locking nuts into the Tripod Shoe's hexagonal holes. Make sure the nut threads face outward. Insert one pan head screw through the Toggle and into the nut on the top surface of the shoe. Secure until the toggle moves but is not loose. Step 2: Assemble the Heel Attach the second pan head screw to the Heel and then insert it into the camera base.
