Camera Quick Release Clamp/Tripod mount

Here is a quick release clamp and plate designed specifically for DSLRs and other cameras, created because I needed access to a larger number of compatible release plates that offered enhanced stability. To achieve this, I enlarged the dimensions of these clamps (88x70x25mm) allowing them to be more substantial. This design was printed in Carbonfiber PETG with an exceptionally high resolution of 0.150 mm and features 5 perimeters on both top and bottom layers along with a generous 50% infill, making it virtually indestructible. The 3/8-16, 1/4-20, and M6 threads may require additional cutting depending on the printing process. Additionally, you will need to acquire two springs measuring between 25-30mm in length from standard pens, an M6 screw that is 50mm in length, an M6 washer, and a matching nut which should fit snugly into the knob. For the bracket itself, you will require a 1/4-20 camera equipment screw. When assembling the clamp, ensure that the M6 screw is tightened securely; it should not wobble when turning the knob. If necessary, apply lubrication to the nut for smooth operation. To guarantee a proper fit, check that the knob fits snugly into the back part of the clamp, which I have widened slightly to accommodate its shape.
