Camera or Light Ring Mount for Monitor or TV

This is a remix of the "DSLR as a Webcam: monitor mount" by rmanalan. It also uses a remix of the tripod screw by Basic3Dprinting. It should work with anything that can be mounted using a standard tripod screw. I removed the hook part of the camera monitor mount as I wanted to mount a ringlight on the top of my 46" TV which was too thick for the original mount. Instead I use 3M silicon double sided tape (very strong) and a single screw to attach it to my TV I use for video conferencing. I don't think the screw is necessary but there was already a hole in the back of the TV I could use. To really secure the camera monitor mount adaptor to the mount, I used a screw. I added an extension handle to the tripod screw so I can just turn in by hand. Be sure not to overtighten as it is very easy to strip the threads off the plastic screw! Pretty happy with how it turned out. Down the line I will likely replace the printed screw with a proper metal one for durabilty. I used PLA+ for all the part. Camera Monitor mount: 3x bottom, top and walls 25% infill No supports or rafts Camera Monitor mount adaptor: 3x bottom and top layers. 4x walls 25% infill No supports or rafts Tripod Screw: 2x bottom and top layers 4 walls 50% infill No supports Raft used
