Camera mount for the for the ender 3 neo with nozzle holder, its should fit all the ender series 3 and possibly others. it was designed around the creality crcc-s7 camera for the creality box but it should work with most cameras that have a 1/4 screw mount. it replaces the q code cap using the original bolts. you will need a additional m4 16 bolt and nut to attach the arm to the cap. the nozzle holder holes are tight and threaded so i used a socket to install the nozzles the first time. other holes may need cleaned up depending on your printer, I printed with 3 walls 30 percent infill mount facing down. with no supports.
