Camera Mount for TV Antenna Mast

I designed a new weather cam mount that I 3D printed using PETG filament. The round base of this mount measures 3 inches in diameter and lies flat on the printing bed. The clamp section, which securely holds the pipe in place, is sized to fit standard 1.25-inch outside-diameter (O.D.) pipes commonly used for US television antenna masts. I chose #6 sheet metal screws that are 1.5 inches long for this application. To assemble the mount, you'll need to drill holes into it where your camera's base will sit. This ensures a snug fit and prevents the camera from shifting around while in use. When printing the clamp part, make sure to flip it over so the curved side is facing upwards during the print job. This simple trick eliminates the need for any support structures, which can save you time and effort during post-processing.
