Camera Mount for PVC Pipe
thingiverse
Here are the CAD files for the PVC camera mount designed specifically for 1/2 in PVC pipe as featured in Super Make Something episode 17! While originally built to capture timelapses of my robotic drawing machine, this mount is versatile enough to be used with any camera or device that accepts a 1/4-20 threaded bolt. I currently use this mount with my Logitech C920 webcam for Octoprint and Octolapse timelapses. To attach the camera to the carriage, you'll also need: 1x 1/4-20 threaded bolt, 1x 5/16-18 thumb screw, and 1x 5/16-18 hex nut. The PVC coupler base can be combined with No. 6 particle board screws to securely fasten it to the edge of any surface. STEP files are included so you can easily remix the mount as needed!
