Camera Mount

Camera Mount

thingiverse

This mount fits cameras of the RMRC-PRO700 form factor, designed for ReadyMade RC models. It's specifically engineered to work seamlessly with the Vortex 285 quadcopter, replacing front frame standoffs in the process. To install it properly, you'll need to notch the top cover of the Vortex, as its opening is narrower than the camera itself. In addition, the standoffs are replaced by 1.25 inch long #6 Nylon screws; alternatively, ty-wraps can be used instead. This clever design allows for the FPV camera to be mounted between the top and bottom frame covers of the Vortex, freeing up the clean frame for another camera, such as a Mobius model. **Print Settings:** * Printer Brand: LulzBot * Printer: Mini * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Infill: 100% * Notes: A .3 mm nozzle was used with PCTPE Nylon filament, heated to 244 deg. C at the hot end and 100 deg. C on the bed; the cooling fan was turned off. **Design Process:** This mount was designed using Fusion 360 and sliced with Cura software.
