I had this epiphany while outputting the design for my Canon Rebel T3i lens hood onto physical media. It's a playful ornament that attaches to the camera using the same adapter as the hood. With it, you can express yourself in various ways – through words or more complex designs that feature small, raised features intended to bring smiles and attention to young photography enthusiasts as they eagerly participate in the quest for that flawless shot. I've provided both the fundamental ring design and the "SMILE" iteration as downloadable assets. Please note that some users of camera automation functions might experience interference from this device due to its rotational mechanism in tandem with zooming and focusing, causing the decorative ring not always be aligned vertically or sometimes blocking the auto focus beam altogether. Despite these potential drawbacks, it should serve as an entertaining accessory. Compatible only with 58mm Canon lenses. Modification is permissible, but keep in mind that commercial usage isn't allowed. This is entirely available to modify and print at your discretion.
