This parametric buckle, designed for a 58mm lens cap and 40mm strap width, attaches to your camera strap to potentially prevent losing your lens cap. The printed layers provide excellent friction grip, while the overhang lip enhances retention. Adjustable parameters include lens diameter, buckle thickness/height, strap gap/width, mount dimensions, and lip tweaks. For a MK2 version, open-source software allows multiple holders in one model. It even accommodates non-threadable straps with a cutout in the buckle.
