Prusa adores zipties, which are ubiquitous, appearing even in the Tiny Drone. To eliminate one was my goal, and mission accomplished! Here's a link to Prusa's Tiny Tina Drone: https://blog.prusaprinters.org/how-to-build-a-3d-printed-micro-drone/ I printed it at 0.10 mm precision with PETG. It may function at a lower resolution, but since it prints in under four minutes and worked on the first try, I didn't experiment with this setting. Similarly, I used PETG because that's what was available in the printer; PLA should work just as well.
